So, here's what happened last Tuesday. I came home after a long day, opened my fridge, and found exactly three things: a bag of spinach that was about to stage a rebellion, some potatoes that had been sitting there since who-knows-when, and half an onion wrapped in plastic wrap. You know that moment when you think you have nothing to cook? Well, turns out those three sad ingredients were about to become my new favourite comfort food. That's how my love affair with Saag Aloo c
